If by any chance you’re thinking that this was kind of a one sided argument which was unfair to Zynga, if you happen to be feeling sorry for them after reading this – DON’T. Zynga made $50 million last year from people like you and I and are projecting much more revenue for this coming year. If you are wondering how they do it – it’s through sheer ruthlessness, zero customer care and endless strategic marketing ploys, the largest example of the latter being the conditional ability they grant us to use their apps providing you help them suck more people into the game. Ever gone to buy something or pay for a service somewhere, to be turned down unless you invite more people to partake? No.
Do you really think Zynga deserves your sympathy?

Well I just went to try one last time to get them to fix my problems and to my surprise when I tried to log on to the support site it said I wasnt found LMAO so I give up. Kinda mad all the time I wasted playing all for nothin. Some people may not care about gettin jipped but If I am suppose to be gettin paid over $500,000 and only get $100,000 UMMMM thats a no no to me!!! Maybe others arent so good at math and need to get a calulator to see that u 2 are gettin ripped off by this game or that they dont know either way I QUIT... ZYNGA SUCKS and they know it and their not gonna do nothin about til people start complainin or just stop playing. Thing is now I have to delete my complete facebook and start over cuz the app will delete but u will still be in the games as a member SAD !!!! I DESPIES THE CREATORS of ZYNGA and I will do my best to get everyone I know to quit LOL like thats gonna happen well maybe just get them all to complain MAYBE one day it will get fixed!!!!!

Obviously their support doesn't know how it works. You are making 53400 dollars a day in 3 hour increments. So divide 53400 by 8 and you find out what your 3 hour take is. I'm showing 66,750 every three hours when I divide it.

the best thing about this is, i have sent proof of being hacked, scammed and that lot and they haven't sent me any replies yet or anything and i am just sick of the poker now as its VERY SLOW and takes nearly 300K of my memory :| and it does suck whereas it used to only use 50K when i first used it, now its gone shit as hell...

I removed Mafia Wars because I kept being attacked by players 300, 400, 500 levels above me. I complained to Zynga. Nothing.
One group of Mafia Wars players attacked me constantly for over three weeks straight, couldn't even play the game anymore. I complained to Zynga. Nothing.
The same group of players started harassing me through messaging because Zynga allows other players to see your real name in Mafia Wars. I complained to Zynga. Nothing.
Guess what Zynga, your allowing people to harass others on the net. That is a crime. You'll get whats coming to you eventually.

This is the reason for which you have lost 90% of your total chips and you have only received 10% ( and to a maximum of one million) chips after re-activating your account.
Our reinstatement terms:
We are willing give you another chance and restore your account but with your chip stack returned to 10% of its previous total (up to a maximum of 1,000,000 chips). By reactivating my account, I agree to follow the Terms of Service going forward and understand that a second offense will result in my account being permanently banned.
