Unleash Power For The People Foundation Due to circumstances (I would be glad to explain to anyone that would like to listen), I have been away for about 9 months. During this time Unleash Power For The People Foundation finished its first contribution of a solar power generator to a school in the mountains of Benquet, Philippines. I also personally raise...d another $5000 so our total balance now is roughly $8000 towards our second $20,000 investment

What a wonderful trip!
How do I start to explain the feeling of joy at meeting
the teachers, parents, and children of our first
community?
Well first, even though they may not have the things
that we take for granted, it was amazing to see the
beautiful smiles of the children of this school. They
were truly grateful for... the small gifts that we brought
(thanks to Mr. A), and the teachers and parents
were very excited to be our first community to
receive a renewable power generator. They asked
many questions and were very engaged in a
several hour Q & A session.
I was struck by the lack of balls to play with and toys
to keep them entertained, but I got a wonderful
insight into their desire to learn and improve their
daily lives. It is a very welcoming place that I would
encourage anyone to visit. I was honored to meet
them and share with them the dedication of the
volunteers and the things that members had done
to help make our donation!

(I just signed up for that like a week ago and still trying to find the t...ime to explore its capabilities for the foundation)... I wish I had more hours in the day, but it is nice to know that others like yourself take the time to follow what we're doing! Thank you for that... Unleash Power For The People Foundation I deleted them Sally, not because I don't believe in freedom of speech but because he used foul language... I don't know all the ages of people that visit, but I do know that we have many between 13 and 17 so I didn't think it was appropriate language for them to read. I too will be glad to debate his anger in a diffe...rent forum, but not here where we have young minds that we are trying to set a good example for. Thank you for sticking up to him, glad to know that you got our back ;)

Wow Jake! Where to start? You condemn us all in one fell swoop, without knowing anything about our individual aspirations or agendas. I've probably been an anarchist longer than you've been alive and am very familiar with the concepts involved in anarchism. The basic tenet being that we behave in the manner that w...e know is right, because we want to and not because we are part of "the system". There is no place in an anarchistic state for selfishness.
In the developed world, we overconsume. That's a given. The population of the undeveloped world don't have that option. What we want to achieve here is empowering those people who have no voice and no choice.
We may well be full of shit. Think people have mentioned that to me before actually! It's never put me off. I'm not sure that the theories you put forward here have been either thought up or lived out by you. The system doesn't give a fuck about us, that's very true. It's a system. It doesn't have emotions!
