Bill Dear Father in Heaven, I thank you for all my blessings of my body and mind. Help me to make the most of them, and help me to be myself, which I often find hard or impossible. Too often I want to be someone else, or imitate others,forgetting that You want me to use my talents as You have given them to me. Teach me to r...econize that my failure to make the most of myself is often due to jealosy or to make a mistaken sense of values. I want to do as my neibors do, through my earthly means do not permit me to live according to thier standards. The outward glamour of certain people or occupations sometimes causes unrest in my heart. Sometimes I want to be what I cannot or should notbe. I sometimes lose my sense of gratitude for what You have given me,and as a result I become unpleasent or unhappy. Lord, help me to find myself and develop myself that I may serve the purpose of which You have created me. Amen
