Benen Hayden I visted the bay of Kakome two weeks ago while on a visit to Albania. I was disappointed to see that the entire bay is surrounded by a large metal fence and the road is now closed off by a gate with guards. We were told that special permission was now needed to access the monastery on the hill. It looks like Club Med h...ave got their foot in the door on the Albanian coast.
