After a big whirlwind trip this past month studying photography in Paris and Milan, I'm now in Los Angeles and ready to hit the ground running in 2010...
Natalie Minh I'm so proud of every competitor that works so hard and puts on the show of their lives at the fitness and bodybuilding Championships. It's the culmination of dedication, sacrifice, and pushing your own limits. Here's a preview clip of the fine athletes at the 2009 MuscleMania European Championships in Milan.

So apparently
there were the two Irish clowns from the TV show "Colin and Graham's
Excellent Adventures" at the MuscleMania Euro Championships. I thought
something was peculiar about them as they were first timers who didn't
even plan a routine for their category. Got wind from my buddy who saw me on Irish TV the other nig...ht LOL. Here's a YouTube clip of my "interview" with them right after the show.

Colin and Graham's Excellent Adventures at the European Musclemania Bodybuilding Championships in Milan 2009. Colin and Graham interview a female competitor about the contents of her handbag which includes a carrot with a melted BCAA on it (whatever that is).
