2009 has been another busy and fascinating year for FFI.
Despite the sad news of the violent attacks at DRC's Garamba National Park and the Sumatra earthquake, it has been a largely positive 12 months with many conservation successes, fundraising achievements, new communication innovations and much more.
Here is FFI's year in pictures for 2009.

We have been producing gift cards each year for over half a century, the proceeds of which help us to protect threatened wild species and spaces.
Many of the cards have featured images from esteemed artists and photographers including Quentin Blake, Bruce Pearson, J P Moreiras and David Shepard.
2009's card features five... chinstrap penguins pictured against the stunning landscape of Signy Island, Antarctica. The shot was actually taken by FFI's very own Membership Secretary Ken Richard!
FFI give cards can be purchased from our website:

Carolyn Here's an idea - there's a game on FB called 'Zooville' - could you ask them to link up with FFI? They have a tremendous amount of members who play. Just a thought.
