ELIGIBILITY: The Maria’s Perfect Match-up Contest is only open to legal residents of the State of California., 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sony Ericsson, Pinnacle Marketing Group or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this contest and members of their immediate families (biological, step, adoptive or in-law), including parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouses of any of the foregoing (regardless of where they live) or households of any of the above, whether related or not, are NOT eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: On October 31, 2009, visit the T-Mobile store at 8225 Topanga Canyon Blvd. #C-4 in Canoga Park, CA and register by 1:00 pm for the Maria Sharapova look-a-like contest.

SELECTING/JUDGING: All Entrants will be judged based on their physical appearance as to who most looks like Maria Sharapova. All Entrants will be judged by an independent panel of judges, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest, to select five finalists. Maria Sharapova will then rank the five finalists to determine the prize winners.

PRIZES: One (1) First prize: “A night in the life of Maria” prize pack. The winner and five friends will begin with a limo ride to a luxurious LA spa to enjoy manicures, pedicures, and hand massages. The evening continues with a Limo ride to Maria’s Top fave restaurant in LA – Osteria. The winner and her five friends will each receive a Sony Ericsson Equinox ™ phone. The First Prize winner may elect to choose the cash alternative of the prize package of $2,220. The approximate retail value of the First Prize is $2,220.
One (1) Second Prize: A Sony VAIO® laptop and a Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone. The ARV of the Second Prize is $1,198.
One (1) Third Prize: A Sony PSP® with game bundle and a Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone. The ARV of the Third Prize is $398.
One (1) Fourth Prize: A Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone. ARV: $199.
One (1) Fifth Prize: A Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone. ARV: $199.

All prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Entrants. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winners of prizes totaling over $600 in January, 2010. The winners are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of prize winning.

OTHER CONDITIONS: The winners will be notified at the conclusion of the contest the day of the event. The First and Second Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release prior to awarding the prizes. If such Affidavits are not returned by the specified date, the prize will be forfeited and not awarded. If the First Prize winner chooses the prize package, then the guest/friends of the winner will must sign and return a liability/publicity release. First Prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled once reservations have been confirmed.

By accepting the prize, each participant consents to use of their name, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, each participant agrees to hold Sponsor, Pinnacle Marketing Group, Alpha Marketing, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, judging and promotion agencies, respective directors, officers, employees and assigns of each (collectively, the Released Parties) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from the participation in the Contest including the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in prize-related activities including, but not limited to, travel and attendance at the First Prize Event.

Released Parties are not liable for any typographical, printing, network, mechanical, electronic computer or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the winners. Sony Ericsson reserves the right to amend or cancel this Contest at any time. Sony Ericsson may find it necessary and reserves the right to change the Contest’s Official Rules at any time with reasonable notice. Should events beyond Sony Ericsson’s control materially affect its ability to perform, the Contest may be suspended or terminated without notice. VOID OUTSIDE THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if that person has, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, violated any of the Contest’s Official Rules. Any attempt of fraud of the Contest will result in immediate disqualification and may subject those involved to criminal prosecution. Disqualification under any circumstance will result in immediate loss and forfeiture of prizes and void Sponsor’s obligations, if any, to award any prizes for such individual. Disqualified individuals will be unable to re-enroll in the Contest. Decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest, including but not limited to the determination of eligibility. By participating, participant represents that she has accepted and complied with all of the Contest’s Official Rules.
